Weiss Kreuz Skins
Weiss Kreuz (or Weiß Kreuz, if you want special characters) is an anime with hot guys but bad plot.
The second of my two-skin set with "Disintegration." As you can see, the borders and style are the same. This skin is actually the second version, since the first was too dim.
